Copilot should allow multiple sensor averages and outlier alerts

When I set up copilot, I'm forced to choose a single sensor. I'd prefer to choose a group of sensors (up to every sensor in the room) and use the average (or better yet, the average excluding sensors that are not in the center of the bell curve). It would also be nice to be notified if there is a sensor that significantly disagrees with the rest.
